    Moolchand Kidney Transplant Program

    Moolchand  KidneyTransplant Program

    Moolchand has been granted a Certificate of Registration by the Directorate General of Health Services, New Delhi and is now an authorized centre to perform kidney transplantation.

    Kidney Transplant Authorization Committee

    The Kidney Transplant Authorization Committee at Moolchand has been established and approved by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to ensure that living donor transplants are performed as per Transplantation of Human Organs Act and Rules 1994 and subsequent amendments made there under.

    This authorization committee consists of several members who closely examine all the living donors and recipients to give approval for surgery as no organ transplant can be performed without their prior approval.
