I am an experienced dermatologist with international exposure. My pursuit of clinical excellence brought me to Moolchand, a national referral centre for serious dermatology conditions that are often not managed at other hospitals. 

I have 15+ years of experience in the field of medical and aesthetic dermatology. For the past 3 years, I was working at the Toronto Western Hospital, Canada, a world renowned centre in dermatology. I have developed expertise in treating an extensive range of dermatological conditions such as skin, hair and nail problems. I have expertise in management of complex skin disorders like psoriasis, auto-immune bullous disorders, photo sensitivity disorders and skin cancers. I am trained on the usage of the latest systematic medications namely the biologics. 

I have hands on experience in using the latest aesthetic treatments including lasers (Nd YAG laser, Q-switched and Er YAG fractional), PRP, mesotherapy, chemical peels, botox and filler injections. The latest medical and aesthetic treatments cover a wide range of skin and hair conditions like hair loss treatment, scar reduction, tattoo removal, stretch marks, vitiligo, melasma and other pigmentary disorders, fine lines and wrinkles, mole removal and birth mark removal, etc. 

I believe that being a dermatologist has enabled me to perform not only appearance enhancements, but more notably perform life-changing medical procedures. Hence, I consider myself extraordinarily fortunate to have chosen a career that is academically and professionally challenging as well as satisfying.

Skin is not a simple, inert covering but a sensitive, dynamic interface between us and the outside world. It has a range of functions, including defence against infections and protection against irritants, ultraviolet irradiation and injury. Skin conditions can range from being relatively benign to life-threatening and life-ruining. In turn, these complex conditions demand great understanding of their causes before heading to diagnosis and management. 

Often patients come to me with queries, “What is the best treatment for me? Can this skin problem re-occur after the treatment?” I gather detailed understanding of my patients’ skin conditions by using thorough investigative techniques to address their questions and cover each aspect of their treatment.
